Rendezvous Executive Lounges have their own Customer Services team who are on hand for you – our guest – should you have any queries or if you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our service or facilities. The General Manager is also on hand should you wish to speak with her and is happy to discuss any suggestions or ideas that our guests have to improve the facility/service to our guests. |
