Where is Rendezvous Executive Lounge?
Our flagship lounge is situated after you have gone through the Security Screening section of airport. Once you have been processed through Security it is the door facing you before you go through to the normal departure area of the airport.
How do I get access? There are various ways in which you can access the lounge:
Free Entry:
Flybe – you must be a member of the Flybe Economy Plus Frequent Flyer and have a valid boarding card for a FLYBE flight.
Euromanx – you must be a GOLD MEMBER of the Euromanx Euroclub and have a valid boarding card for a EUROMANX flight only.
Manx2 – you must have an access card and valid MANX2 boarding pass (this is dependent on the class of ticket purchased, see Manx 2 for details).
Rendezvous Members – you must have a valid Rendezvous Executive Lounge Membership card and a valid boarding card (for any airline).
Valid Day Access Pass are available from the Airbase Flight Support Ticket desk – next to check in desks on the ground floor). The Day Access Pass is available to all departing passengers regardless of the airline you are flying with.
Priority Pass Member – you must have a valid Priority Pass Member Card and a valid Boarding Card for any airline.
Lounge Pass Booking Confirmation – you must have a copy of the Booking confirmation form.
How do I get a Day Access Pass?
You can purchase a Day Access Pass at the Airbase Flight Support Ticket Desk in the Isle of Man on either the day of departure or prior to departure. You do not have to be affiliated to any airline membership scheme or the Rendezvous Executive Lounge member to purchase a Day Access Pass.
What if I am a Euroclub Gold Member but I am flying with another airline, am I entitled to free access?
You are only entitled to use the Euroclub Gold Member card with a valid Euromanx boarding card.
What if I am a Flybe Frequent Flyer Member but I am flying with another airline, am I entitled to free access?
You are only entitled to use the Flybe Frequent Flyer Membership with a valid Flybe boarding card.
How do I use the Rendezvous Executive Lounge regardless of the airline I am flying with?
The only way to be entitled to have unlimited use of the Rendezvous Executive Lounge is to purchase an annual membership. Details of memberships are available on the website or by emailing members@rendezvouslounges.com.
Can I bring my children in to the lounge?
Children over 12 years are permitted and are charged as adults, however children under 12 are not permitted.
What facilities do I have use of when I enter the lounge?
Once you have entry to the lounge you are entitled to use all our facilities free of charge. The only additional charges are if you wish to make use of the telephone and fax facilities.
How long can I stay in the lounge?
You can stay in the lounge up to a maximum of 2 hours.
What is the dress code in the Lounge?
We operate a smart casual dress code. The only requirements we have are no football shirts, no caps and no shorts.
Are there any other restrictions?
No, we don’t have any other restrictions. However, all guests must adhere to the Licensing and Airport Security laws of the Isle of Man.
How do I contact Rendezvous Executive Lounges?
You can contact us via email, telephone and fax – all details are on the “Contact Us” page of the website. However, our lounge is permanently manned during opening hours.
What if I have a suggestion or idea regarding the Lounge?
Please do not hesitate to contact the staff within the lounge, or you can contact the General Manager on her email address (see Contact Us section of the website).
